This notice explains what personal data HME84 handles when you use hme84.co (the contact form, the chat and the site assistant), why we use it, which providers process it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
HME84, run by Erik Garcés and based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the data described in this notice. For any privacy matter, write to contact@hme84.co.
Please do not share passwords, payment details or confidential materials through any channel. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
We use this data to:
We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent, except where the law allows it. We do not sell or rent personal data.
The chat runs on artificial intelligence. To follow up, it may summarize your need and classify how clear it is and what level of intent it shows (for example, whether you are just exploring or ready to start a project). That classification helps prioritize follow-up. We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you or that affect you in a similarly significant way.
To run the site we use providers that process data on HME84's behalf and only to deliver their service to us:
These providers may process data on servers located outside Mexico. When you use the form or the chat, your data is transferred abroad for that purpose.
You can access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights). You can also withdraw your consent. To do so, email contact@hme84.co with your name, the email address you used and what you are requesting. If your request concerns the chat, tell us roughly when you used it.
The LFPDPPP sets a maximum of 20 business days to communicate the response to your request.
We may update this notice if the site, our providers or the law change. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
