HME84 works from Mexico City and remotely. Its focus is understanding operational problems, reviewing systems and building digital tools for a defined use. We do not sell generic “digital transformation”: we listen, map what exists and tell you whether to build, adjust or leave things alone for now.
HME84 was founded by Erik Garcés and is led by one person. There is no fixed team behind it: when a project needs another specialty, project-specific collaboration is brought in, and the scope sets out who participates, their responsibilities and what each party needs to provide.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect brief. We work remotely, through video sessions. Closeness is not in the postal code; it is in the honesty of the diagnosis.
Work starts with the problem and the information available. It may lead to an assessment, a review of costs and tools or a development proposal.
A useful recommendation explains what was observed, what is proposed and what remains to be verified.
