HME84 is not a generic consultancy or a catalog of cases without reading. It is a creative-tech lab: we understand the system, separate noise from priority, and build only when the diagnosis allows it.

Diagnosis before code

First we understand what is happening, what hurts, and what does not need more technology. The value is in the reading that precedes the build — not in piling up deliverables.

The obsession

If it cannot stand on its own, it does not work. We are not chasing volume: we are chasing direction. Without a narrative, technical, or product backbone, all that remains is cosmetics.

The method

Editorial perspective with technical execution. Design is not the last layer: it is the tool we think with. We observe gaps and contradictions and turn them into decisions.

The filter

We do not replicate formulas that sound like nothing. The artificial split between strategy and visual work produces results that are correct but dead. We work in the crack where they meet.

The drive

Some visions do not fit templates. Ideas that need a specific order so they do not die in dispersion. We exist to give them structure without stripping their soul.

Home base

HME sounds like home because it is: where criterion, systems, and presence connect. The map may change; the structure of home is portable.

Access

Criterion does not negotiate with budget.

Project size defines scope. Not the quality of thinking, not the rigor of diagnosis, not the honesty of the blueprint.

A bakery and a boutique hotel receive the same listening criterion, the same map of what is real, the same honest diagnosis.

What changes is how many layers we address — not how seriously we take them. A small business needs three things done well. A more complex project needs more layers. Price reflects scope — not the value we assign to the client.

If response time varies with workload, we say so. Directly. That is criterion too.

HME84 does not have first-class and second-class clients. It has projects of different sizes.

Stance

What does not change.

Technology is not for impressing. It is for making something work better than it did before.
The most valuable diagnosis is not the one that sells. It is the one that tells the truth.
If you leave with clarity and no money spent — we did our job well.
Not everything needs a platform. Not everything needs AI. Not everything needs custom development.
Many businesses do not need more technology. They need to understand the technology they already have.
