We applied the leakage diagnosis to our own operation. We found a gap before the sale: interest arrived, but there was no concrete door to record it and measure the response.

Approved Diagnosis #001, one selected metric, and a signed operating commitment. There is no historical baseline; stating that is part of the evidence.

We built HME84's local operating home: work, money, schedule, projects, evidence, and coordination in a desktop application with its own authority.

We defined a commercial visual-decision product with its own principles, reading limits, privacy, and bilingual scope. It is not a public version of Moira and does not inherit its code.

A no-code experiment validated bounded utility and opened the first build phase. The test supported utility, not a promise of infallible interpretation.
